OUR MEETING THIS WEEK
We'll gather Friday at noon for a regular Club luncheon at the Salisbury Country Club for our Annual Endowment Day, presented by Rick Eldridge, and a special Tis The Season Spectacular presentation by Shari Graham.
OUR MEETING LAST WEEK
Welcome to our guest, Felicia Gaither
Angel Chapman-McDavid (L) provided an overview of the Family Crisis Council of Rowan, an organization dedicated to creating pathways to hope, healing, and empowerment for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. The council achieves this through shelter, counseling, and court advocacy services. Felicia Gaither also shared her inspiring journey, speaking as a former victim who has triumphed over adversity and now serves as a Case Manager.
Cory Kluttz, Judy Foote, Amy Vestal, and Tim Norris all won door prizes, and Janet Haynes won the chance to draw the Joker in the 50/50 Drawing but chose the King of Diamonds. The pot is now at $420.50.
